I’m sixty one and a housewife. I’ve been married for 29 years. My husband and I live in Cambridgeshire.

My home is open plan. About 50 years old.
How would you describe your home?
My home is styled country with a contemporary twist.
Which is your favourite room in the house?
I love my summer room/kitchen.
How does your home reflect any passions or interests?
I love interior design & fashion.
What are your favourite items in the home?
I love my big bespoke dining table. Love having the family round.
When you moved into your house was it the finished article or was it a project?
My home was a project.
What renovation and decorating have you done?
We have opened out some walls. I only have doors on the toilet & bathrooms.
Have you had any DIY or styling disasters?
No disasters, but I did redo my tv cabinet.
What is your top home styling tip?
My tip is to be fresh & airy. You can mix whites & colour.
Is there anything in your home that you couldn’t live without?
My big bar

My home says I’m very sociable & love to entertain.
